How about baseball with a beach ball and one of those large plastic bats. Fill balloons with whipped cream?

For published material, check out CRANIUM and its many incarnations. It combines the fun of Pictionary, Name that Tune, Charades, Trivia, Spelling contests and more into one fun boardgame. For non-published stuff, you might want to create your own family's version of any popular television game show you like. Perhaps collect a bunch of answers from surveys and have a Family Feud Family Edition game! Or maybe you can just have an American Idol Family Edition and have some members of the family randomly chosen sing!

Charades is really fun for larger groups. It is really fun if you play boys against girls, but I reccomend that you just go out a buy a charades game instead of just making up your own things for the other team to guess because it will save you a lot of arguments.
