No white running backs but a few full backs are white

yes there are white running backs in the NFL. His name is Byron Raymond. He became famous by his football skills and because he was on the supreme court.

I went to the NFC championship game a few years ago when the Seahawks played the Panthers. Deshawn Foster was hurt so Nick Goings started, he is white.

As of last time I checked there is one. He was told to become a fullback but he insisted on being labeled a RB. Brian Leonard. He hasn't gotten a chance to show his abilities but I'm sure once the preseason comes around and they take Steven Jackson out that He'll get his shot. If anything they might throw him in their to humiliate someone by leaping them. haha. I'm pretty sure the last one was sometime in the early 80's? if not earlier

Nick Goings, backup RB for the Carolina Panthers...Mike Alstott is a FB, I think still with the Bucs...

You might want keep a eye on John Khun of the steelers. He runs like Parker and hits like Bettis. side note it shouldn't matter what the color of there skin, only there skills.
