I mean, all she did was violate her probation. Hell, I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby helped author the PNAC documents that was the failed policy for the Iraq War, plus he's a convicted felon!!!
If I was Ms. Hilton, I'd be very upset and feel that our justice system is broken.

Well, lessee now! Scooter! How does a person get a name like Scooter and keep it into adulthood?
Ok! Scooter was found guilty of protecting the names of people who leaked and exposed a covert CIA operative. No one has ever made any connection of the exposure of Valery Plame's secret identity to prison sentences of people in foreign countries who might have been known to her when she was working under cover in those countries. Her identity, or cover was blown in a newspaper artical written by Robert Novak.
So of course Scooter should have his prison sentence commuted.
Paris Hilton on the other hand violated her probation. Hah, no contest.
Scooter should go free!

No doubt we need a lot of scumbags in our justice system replaced including the one at the top! When you hear of constitutional arguments being called "frivolous" and judges declaring "I won't have the law in my court" I think we need to do something about it don't you?
