Probably the old Comanchie Indian method of dealing with people who broke their law. Tie each arm and leg to a different horse and whip the horses in four different directions. But the Apache method might be just as bad. They preferred to bury them up to their neck close to an ant hill. The English Navy's punishment of keel hauling resulted in death quite frequently also. They tied ropes to a man then pulled him under the ship from one side to the other. The Yaqui Indians of Northern Mexico preferred to tie their victims upside down to a stake with a fire below them. A very slow and painful way to die while your brain cooked. Guess basically there isn't a real "good" way.

I think that burning would be the worst way to die, I have a living will that states for them to just let me go if I'm burned badly....

I have seen people who have drowned while scuba diving in caves. They get lost and the lights go out and they slowly run out of air in complete blackness.

Burning Alive
Being buried alive
Being eaten by sharks
or something really slow and painful
(like being crushed under something and being there for a long time)

Having flesh-eathing bacteria starting in your foot and slowly (VERY SLOWLY) eating you away as it painfully goes up your body.

It's unstoppable and incurable, and you WILL die. Eventually...
