It seems really hard to turn in a park spot without being over the line.

Take it to a shop that does align.The specs wont line up if the frame is bent.

don't all Chevy trucks turn hard into parking spots lol
take it in for a front end alignment they can check the frame

You can't unless it's so bad that you can see it. Take it to a body shop that does frame straightening and they can check it.

Have some one drive it while you watch from behind if it dogs tracks it is bent .
