Sleep doctors(forgot what they are called) have stated that many people cannot rest or sleep properly in their bed or bedroom when it is used for other activities whether they be sexual in nature or if you watch tv/or do homework on the bed. They advise to use the bed for sleeping only and do "other activities" in other places to disassociate those activities and encourage restful sleep.. I forgot where I got that tidbit of info & it may be bull but it did make a little sense

well this may sort of defeat the purpose in a way but I find that it helps if you uhm take care of yourself beforehand (if you know what i mean) then the hormones are gone and your alot calmer.
I'm curious though, why is this such a major problem?

na, i duno what ur complaining for, would you feel better if u were never aroused?
well, i tink smoking is meant to slow the circulation and so reduce bloodflow, in turn reducing arousal.
try sleeping in a cold bath
