my worst fear is of drowning ( I was rescued when I was 5 yrs old and I haven't forgotten anything about the experience)
I had many swimming lessons but I still have a fear of deep water
I also fear spiders.....

My worst fear? That would have to be experiencing the death of one of my kids... I don't think I would want to live if that happened.
