PLEASE HELP!!!!!!! MUSlC THEME!?!?!?!?!?

I'm in charge of a group and our theme is music (ipods and whatever music related stuff) . . .do you guys have any cool ideas that is related to music as in accessories or stuff to wear or whatever?? Please, I need it to be cheap and it'll be for 20 people (my budget is a low as possible)
