Rib-eye, Medium-rare, on any grill. Seasoned only with rock salt. No marinade.
A thick mozzarella slice and mushrooms on top are optional.
IF it's done in a pan, after cooked, take it out I cover it and set it aside to "rest" so that all the juices from inside settle towards the outside dryer areas. Without cleaning the pan add a bit of vegetabel oil, shallots and garlic, sautee for a bit, then add red wine (I preffer drinking red wine) as the alcohol evaporates and the mixture reduces, add a teaspoon of regular butter. Pour all that over the steak. Enjoy with a big baked potato.
