Area of a triangle is given by the formula A= 1/2 bh

where
b is the length of the base ==> 11cm
h is the length of the height ==> 19.6cm

applying these values to the equation you get

A = 1/2 x 11 x 19.6 = 107.8 cm^2

Area of a triangle is 1/2 bh

11 x 19.6=215 and 1/2 of 215.6=107.8 cm^2

Area = 1/2 times base times height
A = 1/2 x 11 x 19.6 = 107.8 square cm

Area of a triangle = bh/2

Your triangle's area = 11 * 19.6 / 2 = 107.8

the formula is half the base times the height
so the area is - 107.8

A=½bh
A=½*11*19.6
A=107.8 cm²

area = 0.5 * base * height

multiply the two numbers that you gave and then multiply by a half
