I have been watching old episodes of 'Passions' that I have on videotape and am wondering why when Timmy was turned into a real boy never experienced normal bodily functions and therefore never had to be potty or toilet trained.

I never thought about that! I guess they can't show everything. I miss Timmy so much!

Like everything else on that soap, nothing is remotely realistic. Okay. That's not true. Real people, as opposed to animated, are used to portray the characters.

Good question. He probably did, but they didn't show it. Toilet training would be a weird storyline....
