I need to know what was lighting up time on 06/12 2006 in the Chesterfield area

Sidelights - half an hour before sunset
Headlights - half an hour after sunset.

I don't know what time sunset was on that date, but it might be easier to find a method of working it out (try astronomy sites, or a local astronomy group) than to find out the lighting-up time.
