All-time all-star team is pretty tough.
But here it goes
C - Johnny Bench
1B - Lou Gehrig
2B - Rogers Hornsby
SS - Honus Wagner
3B - Mike Schmidt
OF - Willie Mays
OF - Hank Aaron
OF - Ted Williams
SP - Christy Mathewson
SP - Walter Johnson
RP - Mariano Rivera

C- Yogi Berra
1B- Lou Gherig
2B- Jackie Robinson
SS- Alex Rodriguez (while he played SS)
3B- George Brett
OF- Babe Ruth
OF- Hank Aaron
OF- Ty Cobb
Util- Pete Rose (played many positions, too hard to pick a spot)
SP- Nolan Ryan
SP- Cy Young
SP- Roger Clemens
SP- Randy Johnson
SP- Walter Johnson
Not Reggie Jackson since there are too many great OF. I would take Yogi Berra over Johnny Bench, and not Ozzie Smith since he can't compare to A-Rod.

C - Roy Campanella
1B - Lou Gehrig
2B - Rogers Hornsby
3B - Mike Schmidt
SS - Alex Rodriguez
LF - Ted Williams
CF - Ty Cobb
RF - Babe Ruth
P - Walter Johnson
Reggie Jackson would not be on the list due primarily to Babe Ruth and the fact that he is the all time strike out king.
I selected Campanella over Bench because he was a better hitter. Defensively they were equal.
Ozzie Smith was very fun to watch defensively and his BA took off after he arrived in St. Louis (conversely Templeton's went south when he arrived in San Diego), but A-Rod hits for average & power and Honus Wagner had a better average and more steals.
Great Question though

On your list, Johnny Bench is probably the best C ever.
But not the rest.
Here's my list:
C Johnny Bench
1B Lou Gehrig
2B Jackie Robinson (hard not to pick Alomar)
3B Mike Schmidt
SS Cal Ripken
OF Babe Ruth
OF Ted Williams
OF Ty Cobb
Rotation:
Christy Matthewson
Walter Johnson
Nolan Ryan
Sandy Koufax (Best LHP)
Cy Young
(hard not to take Tom Seaver, Bob Gibson, Roger Clemens or Randy Johnson as the other great LHP here)
Closer:
Dennis Eckersley

Here goes:
C: Johnny Bench
1B: Jimmie Foxx - just barely over Lou Gehrig
2B: Robbie Alomar
SS: Derek Jeter
3B: Mike Schmidt
Here's where it gets tough...there are many many great hitting OF's in history. Picking just 3 is a tall order, but I'll try:
RF: Babe Ruth
CF: Willie Mays
LF: Ted Williams
P: Tom Seaver
P: Cy Young
P: Walter Johnson
P: Sandy Koufax
P: Greg Maddux
