I don't cry from songs, but the song, "Can We Still Be Friends" by Todd Rundgren was one of the closest. Here are the words from Rundgren's song:
We can't play this game anymore, but
Can we still be friends?
Things just can't go on like before, but
Can we still be friends?
We had something to learn
Now it's time for the wheel to turn
Things are said one by one
Before you know it's all gone
Let's admit we made a mistake, but
Can we still be friends?
Heartbreak's never easy to take, but
Can we still be friends?
It's a strange sad affair
Sometimes seems like we just don't care
Don't waste time feeling hurt
We've been through hell together
La la la la, la la la la
Can we still be friends?
Can we still get together sometime?
We awoke from our dream
Things are not always what they seem
Memories linger on
It's like a sweet sad old song
Also, "It's Too Late" by Carole King. Here are the lyrics for that one:
Stayed in bed all morning just to pass the time
There's something wrong here, there can be no denying
One of us is changing, or maybe we've stopped trying
And it's too late, baby, now it's too late
Though we really did try to make it
Something inside has died and I can't hide
And I just can't fake it
It used to be so easy living here with you
You were light and breezy and I knew just what to do
Now you look so unhappy, and I feel like a fool
And it's too late, baby, now it's too late
Though we really did try to make it
Something inside has died and I can't hide
And I just can't fake it
There'll be good times again for me and you
But we just can't stay together, don't you feel it too
Still I'm glad for what we had, and how I once loved you
But it's too late, baby, it's too late
Though we really did try to make it
Something inside has died and I can't hide

Only two songs (that I can think of right now) make me cry everytime I hear them, Mockingbird (Eminem) and Two Weeks in Hawaii (Hellogoodbye).

"Teach Your Children" by Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young (because it makes me realize that it's a never ending circle of parents teaching children to grow up well, then they become parents, and so on)
"Vincent (Starry, Starry Night)" by Don McLean (a song about Vincent Van Gogh and how he suffered from 'insanity' and finally took his own life)
