360 is a full circle, think of it as moving your body in a full circle

when someone tells you to post up, it means to back up your man/woman and take the ball inside and score on him/her

A 360 is when you do a full circle rotation with your body, like a dunk, layup or dribble move.

When you post up, you establish a position in the low post with your back to the basket, usually in order to take advantage of a smaller defender.

360 is when you make your body turn all the way around by spinning

A post up is where you go down to the key and you try and box somebody out toward the basket and you can get open so a player on your team can pass you the ball

360 degrees makes a full rotation right? Its the same in basketball mostly it is attributed when a player dunks after a full rotation.
