I did find the butterfly pictured, however it was for sale and I'm betting you won't find the instructions for this one. Sorry. I guess you could buy one and carefully unfold it to learn the secret. Even that can be tricky with origami.

This is kind of similar. The one you showed is wrapped with wire, not pipe cleaner. Search dollar origami on youtube to find other designs.
