Given the fact that this administration continues to change the rules as it goes along, what makes anybody think that Bush is even going to give up the presidency?

Think positive. We may be sliding into Fascism over the past 6 years, but it'll all be over in 18 months.

This is a ridiculous question. It is impossible for the United States to slide into a dictatorship given the two party system. The Checks and Balances are intact and unless our military goes off the deep end as suggested in the movie, "Seven Days In May", we will never experience any one president pulling off that maneuver.

FDR, "The God of all Libs", tried that in the 1940's. 4 term President, Prison Camps for Japanese American US Citizens, Cersored Radio, Controlled Industry and oil, had curfews and blackouts, carved up the world with the Communist Russians...

Nonsense. If he was, the other two branches would do something about it. They haven't. They can't. President Bush isn't.
