Fire, Parks and Recreation, and Police Departments nationally accredited and recognized
One of the Lowest Property Tax Cities in Nevada
Ranked for being 'Kids Friendly'

One last thing. Because it is next to Las Vegas, you can do anything in Las Vegas and stay in Henderson.

It is but it is expanding, many master planned community. It's soo close to Las vegas, because we're just next to each other. Just about everyone that lives in Henderson, work in the Las Vegas area. I do too. It's kinda the uppity area, very nice, low crime, better schools district- if compared to all of Las Vegas and North LV. Nicer and cleaner street. There are a couple of neighborhood casinos, Sunset Mall is close by, or there's many shopping areas, very accessible to the strip.

I have lived in Henderson for twenty years now...you can't miss by moving here. Sure there are nice areas in Vegas as well, but Henderson has far more amenities to explore.
