Mine is "The Thing" I think its a 70s movie, I know it has Kurt Russell in it and man i cant even watch that movie in broad daylight freaks the hell out of me, I freak as soon as I hear the music from the opening scene.

I'll agree with Jessica above. Ju On is so great. The remake (The Grudge) suuuuuuuucked.
Also, the original Halloween is a classic.

Ju-On, it's the Japanese Grudge, but this one is a lot scarier and uses a lot more Hitchcock techniques. One of the few movies I've screamed.

it's about a house that when someone lives there the man of the house gets possesed and kills his family
