I've very physically active but always want to learn to do a back flip (the one bending over backwards, not the quick hands free one) and other minor tumbling. Any advice looking for an adult beginner gym and learning the back flip? No arm chair googlers please, people w/ direct expirence..thanks!!! :)

I depends on where you live.. many gymnastics gyms offer adult tumbling classes... look in the phone book and call the gyms in your area for more information.
