Nap away!! Get all the rest you can before the baby comes.
You'll need naps. If it's interfering with you getting a good night sleep nighttime, I'd cut it out. But an hour or two in the afternoon wont hurt.
Your body is really working in overtime making this baby. It's normal for you to feel tired..even completely exhausted at times..and for what seems like no reason.
But there is, you are making a baby :) That's hard work mommy. You deserve a rest :)

Good luck and congrats on the pregnancy!

Absolutely !! During the second trimester especially, I would come home from work, have dinner, and then a 20-30 minute power nap. I had to or I would have been a walking zombie. Being pregnant takes a lot of energy. Never feel guilty about taking a nap, propping up your feet, letting the housework get a little behind, or whatever you have to do to take care of yourself.

Naps are wonderful. Take a nap. If you nap more than about 2 hours, you will tend to feel sluggish rather than refreshed, so once you gauge what works for you, add a timer to it.

I took a nap every day when I was pregnant. As long as it's not too late in the day it is fine- as in, it's not interfering with your sleep pattern at night.
