both are good... but if i had to choose then i'll go for TRANSFORMERS.. directed by steven speilberg... it was a very fantastic movie... the robots wer awesome.. ;)

i've seen both, i love spiderman but believe me.. transformer really crashed spiderman's butt..
the action never stop from the very beginning until the end.

Dude, it's TRANSFORMERS!
Yes it's a Michael Bay movie, but even his amazing sucki-tude cannot defeat the awesome-ness which is emobodied by Optimus Prime.

although spiderman is suppossedly better than transformers, shila is one of my favorite actors so i would have to say, it depends on which movie theme you likemore, and which actor is your favorite.
