I'm not sure what it was about but we just performed it and the one song lyrics (we only performed one song) and the lyrics were "loathing you my whole life long" well those were part of it.

It's the story of the Wicked Witch of the West, called Elphaba, as a young woman, and how she earned her reputation and how she became "Wicked"
The song "Loathing" is between Elphaba and Galinda when they find out they are roommates in college. They loathe each other to the very end, because Elphaba is dark, bookish, nerdy and a realist while Galinda is bright, spunky, and popular.
You should listen to the whole soundtrack, it is amazing! :)

The play is about the witches in the wizard of Oz before they became witches. Loathing you is between Alfaba and Galinda (Wicked witch and Good Witch) when they met at school. It's an amazing play. If you listen to the soundtrack, you can get a really good idea of what happens if you aren't near Los Angeles or New York to see it live.

Simply put,it's about what happened before Dorothy ever went to Oz,primarily about the relationship and the ending of the freindship between Ephelba(The Wicked With of the West)and Glinds(The Good Witch of the North)If you think this sounds interesting,do read the book!

The full title of the show is Wicked: The Untold Story of the Witches of Oz, so I dunno, you tell me.
It was a book long before a musical. Go pick it up, it wouldn't kill you to read something.
