i think life has been very generous to us all. there's plenty of resources for everyone. what you see as unfair in life is nothing but mere human greed. consider the parents of an obese, spoiled child in france. if they are only kind and loving enough to reduce 20 euros in their food budget and donate that on a regular basis to that one starving child in africa then that starving child need not die. plane crash?it was you who said that life need not be easy just fair. perhaps if we begin to live a little simpler, spend more time with our families and be content with what we have, then there's no reason for us to travel far and wide. we are simply paying the price of our being overbold. serial killers are our victims too. if we only become more passionate and understanding and sensitive to the emotional and financial needs of others then perhaps just perhaps the killings stop too. but hell no! we tend to brush these things aside because we are too consumed in making our lives better than the others. that's why others are left out. we are the culprit here. we are to blame. and consider that many of us are still alive today id have to conclude that life on the contrary is understanding and tolerant.

"And who are you that men should rend their bosom and unveil their pride, that you should see their worth naked and their pride unabashed?" By: Khalil Gibran
To say something is fair or unfair is to judge it. And who are we to judge people's whole lives? I believe if it is possible to do that, than you would have to be omniscient to make the correct judgement.
In Chuang Tzu, he tells people not to mourn in an early death, but be glad, same to a long life. If the reincarnation does exist, than it makes judge it even more tremendously difficult, because of all past and future lives.
If you talk to the people that "just breeze through" you might find them to be just as uncontent as someone who has "to strugge for everythign they have." So if they are equaly uncontent, who really has the better life? :) And as many people say (i think Ghandi said it too) the journy is all important, the destination isn't.

When you ask for fairness, you are asking for a moral concept. Moral concepts can only apply to conceptual beings, not to inanimate things. Life, the universe, reality, gravity are not conscious things, so they have no morality or immorality. They simply follow the law of cause and effect.
When we are born, there is no guarantee that we will be born in a rich family, that we will have health and happiness awaiting us. The law of causality is indifferent to what we wish, think or hope for. The reason a plane crashes it's because it encounters turbulence, or the pilot makes an error, or the engine has a defect. These are effects of very specific causes we can understand. Diseases are the effects of genetic defects, or exposure to contagious microbes. These effects are not different than being caught by a crocodile, if we swim unaware in the swamps.
To ask fairness from life or the universe or from the law of physics is the same as imagining that a cosmic consciousness is controlling and governing all the events of reality. God would, therefore, operate according to plans, intentions and desires. Since god is defined as this amazing super-consciousness, all-powerful, all-knowing and therefore capable of making decisions, morality would be anything that God wants. God would decide which airplane should crash and which should not, which person should get cancer and which should not, which antelope should get caught by the lions and which should escape, which leaf should fall now and which should fall later! And everything that God decides, since it is according to His intentions would have to be fair and moral. But an all-powerful consciousness that allows or even desires that all this suffering should occur for some mystical moral purpose is unacceptable and we rightly refuse to consider all this the doing of a just consciousness. It makes more sense to observe nature for what it is: a reality that has no preferences, no intentions of its own. A reality that is totally devoid of consciousness.
Humans do have consciousness and they have intentions which may be fair or unfair, just or unjust. Only a conscious mind can decide who gets a job based on a pretty face, but lacking in qualifications, or someone based on qualifications. Fairness is a moral concept because it implies choice of values. It is not fair that I take your money against your will just because I have needs and I say that my needs are more important than yours.
We tend to make the mistake to extend our conscious mind to inanimate things that are bigger than us, such as the universe, the weather, the sun, or reality as a whole. But no matter how big the universe is, it does not have a brain, and can't be conscious, so it cannot be held responsible for what happens to us. The universe follows its own laws and it is up to us to understand them so that we may make this life as fair as we are capable.
Nature to be commanded must be obeyed.

Because we are part of the nature and the nature works randomly. A bunch of animals are crossing a river and the alligator get one. The alligator is the lucky one and the animal the unlucky. A black hole is destroying a constellation and a star explode to send new elements to form new stars.
Yes is a strange world in the micro and the macro cosmos.

Because life is balanced, for every good thing to happy, something that really sucks gets thrown in the balance. It's just how life is. It is fair in its own way.

Life is not fair because it was never fair from the start. If you want life to be fair, the you'll have to make it fair... right from the start. That's the only way how to make life fair.

Life is not fair. Neither is it unfair. It is random. You can spend your entire life trying to understand it, and you will fail. Are you prepared to piss it away just because you can't understand it? Why not just relax and enjoy it?

fairness is a point of view. fairness is just a perception of what people think they (or other people) deserve.
an impoverished child may be rich with loving family and friends...the rich, miserly, old man may find himself in poor, thieving, manipulative company--is that fair?
sometimes you need to play the hand your dealt instead of folding because you're worrying if the game is rigged.

in case you're non secular and slender minded then sure existence won't seem honest. slender minded non secular human beings placed constraints on themselves by skill of no longer accepting variety of alternative cultures and that i do recommend this in each and every "non secular" deity. a non secular man or woman who thinks "out of the container" has a plenty deeper understand for each physique. No existence isn't honest on occasion, yet we make it what this is. this is in us to alter a difficulty. as quickly as we are in a unfavorable difficulty, we've the ability interior us to strengthen from this and make it tolerable. How can a non secular/non secular man or woman's view on his/her relationship with God get replaced to existence is honest? by skill of adjusting his/her ideals and gaining wisdom of stability, attractiveness and compassion to each physique and each thing. enable circulate of the God who many believes is the "punisher". We punish ourselves because of the fact we repeat particular activities that are volatile to us, yet all of us understand precise from incorrect. this is in us that all of us understand the reality. we are part of God. He lives in us and if we pay attention to our "intestine", "spirit" we sense God talking. i understand i ought to circulate down the path to the proper, yet there are various temptations which will injury me and human beings or i ought to circulate down the different course and enable the God in me lead me the place He/she needs me. this is no longer basic and all of us take a soft course, yet circulate down the incorrect path on occasion and wander off.
