I know you should not wear all white or all black to a wedding but what about a dress with a little of both like this?

That would be fine. And very cute. A bit of color would be nice though. Maybe combine it with nice pink pumps and clutch.

Make the top and the waist of your wedding gown look like the dress (where the blonde's hair is flying) and the bottom part white...I love contrast. If it's not your wedding then the blonde with the flying hair would be perfectly acceptable.

You are not really supposed to wear black to a wedding because that color represents sorrow and solemn thats why they wear it to a funeral, but the dress is nice

I think its beautiful. Its very nice. Very appropriate in my opinion. Not too formal, but not too casual either. You can add a few accessories if you do want to "formal it up" a little.
