Well the truth is.. A lot of women have those baby names picked out growing up from the names we wished we would have had. One day a name will come to you and it will spark something. As far as telling your parents.. I was 19 and on my own when I got pregnant with my son so I just flat out told her with him,(my son) my daughter, and this one. So it was pretty easy for me. But if you can't figure out a way someone suggested on another question to write them a note. I think it's a good idea and you can get out on paper with less fear than what you would have to say in person with that fear built up. Good luck!

I like the name Alayne for a girl and Michael or Charles for a boy.
Seeing as Im a little young and not too stable, Id tell my parents very carefully. There would be lots of crying and yelling. Id send a post card lol

I've had three babies. I named them Katherine Ann, Natalie Elizabeth and Madeleine Piper. Every single time I was pregnant I just told them. I was young when I started (17) so it wasn't exactly a joyous occasion. With every one of my pregnancies, I was in a rough situation and even though the last two were planned, they weren't celebrated by my parents.

I've had three babies. Two boys, Hayden, Riley and... well, not sure yet...Arielle or Davin.

We told my husbands family about the most recent pregnancy in a fun way. Last Christmas we went to visit and brought them all gifts from the four of us. Inside the cards (which they recieved afterwards) they were from all of us "& little baby". Someone asked "Little Baby?" Then everyone realised what it meant and congratulated us.

I'm 18 years old so telling my mom was a little scary. But she hugged me and cried a little and is now very excited to meet her granddaughter. I had to have my mom tell my dad because there was no way i could get the words out. I was terrified. Just like my mom, he is very excited to meet the newest addition to the family. My boyfriend and I have decided to name her Kyla.

I didn't have too much trouble telling my parents, because I was 32 and married. We were financially secure and mature enough to be parents.
We were the last in the family to start our own family, so it wasn't like a huge surprise or anything.

I don't know what I would name a future child, but you have to tell your parents if you need them to take you to the doctor. You have to get prenatal care. Don't forget the baby's needs.

We're due on Labor day, and her name is going to be Zoe Quinn.

How did I tell my parents: it was a phone call that said "we're going to have a baby!" Nothing fancy. We were too excited.

Everyone was excited. :-)
