I stand, hand over heart. Not ashamed or embarrassed either and never will be.

I have to say I remember this kid at a game many years back who was a paraplegic and he pulled himself up out of his wheelchair, held on tight to the fence and stood there during the National Anthem. Now that is respect for one's country.
