I heard he was able to sneak across the border disguised as a Mexican burro, but he got his ears bobbed when he reached San Diego.
He deliberately slurs his speech to cover his Spanish accent.

noo silly. scooby is from greenland! and hes not illegal. he wrote "scooby is legal" on a sign when he came in on a big blue boat. MAYBE HES AN ALIEN!! WOOOOOO
