I've quit smoking - today mainly I am getting angry and frustrated.

Is a quit smoking angry a state of mind as is normal angry? I should be able to tune out of my anger?

Does anyone even know what I mean?

Both my parents tried to stop many, many times before suceeding. As someone who has witnessed what you've been feeling, I'd say it is very normal and I believe it is just a withdrawal symptom. Nicotine is a hard master to master, and does not give up easily... keep it up though, sounds like you've got a handle on it.

Peace

every emotion is a state of mind. your body is going through a lot of changes right now along w/your lifestyle. between those two it is normal to have physical and emotional highs and lows. your physical state can create emotions. hang in there and remind yourself "this, too, shall pass"
