You can have 25 Home Runs entering the All Star game and hit 10000000000000000 homers in the All Star game and you will still have 25 Home Runs for regular season stats.

Since it is not a regular season game, these stats don't count for anything (including career stats). Additionally post season and pre season stats don't count for anything either.
