Can you better describe what the bugs look like? There are many things you might find in a tank. Many flies might lay their eggs and you're seeing hatching larvae... do the look like worms? dots? or something else?
You could manually remove them, ensure your tank is properly covered to prevent more, and depending on your tank size/setup, maybe even get some type of fish who would eat them. Free live food.

If your aquarium has the room buy a couple of gourami's they'll love the abundance of bugs. Most fish will eat stuff like this.

First, learn to speak English. Then you can work on doing 30 percent water changes every 3 days for 2 weeks. It sounds like some insect larvae.
