Been like a year since I got a good night sleep, I don't know what is wrong, I'm not stressed out or anything, the bed is so comfortable, and there is no noise around..

I just wake several times, change my position, and sleep again..all night, all night. When I wake up I still feel kinda tired.

1] how old are you? Sleep problems increase with age.
2] how much caffiene do you drink? Cut it in half.
3] how much liquor, wine, or beer every day? Tends to ruin restful sleep.
4] do you exercise? Start by taking walks, and work up from there.
5] are you overweight? You may have developed sleep apnea - ask your wife if you snore. Sleep apnea patients tend to wake themselves up because they snore.
6] turn off all electronics one hour before bedtime. Do some stretching, read a book, anything that winds you down.
7] develop a routine - stretch, hot shower or bath, read a little, and sleep.
Good Luck!

Some people just aren't good sleepers. It tends to change with age too. If you're drinking caffeine or consuming a lot of sugar try to lessen it.
