Hi Big Jay, To answer your question: You would get the busy signal. I have no answering machine, or caller ID, or voice mail features. I am a low-tech person and just don't want all those features that cost me money.

You wouldn't go to voice mail (because I don't have it). But I'm busy so I wouldn't answer!! Call back later!!!

The call would go to voicemail.
Am terrible about answering landline calls.
Cell phone is different. If you are not on my contacts, voicemail would get you.

I would answer. One never knows when someone really needs someone to talk to. I wouldn't ever want to take the chance that I wasn't there when I could have been.

I'd answer, since I usually never refuse calls.

I'd answer in a tired and quiet voice, "... speaking. Can I help you?" and go stone deaf after that.
