Nothing!!!! Not even sparklers for sale in my county!!! Who are these Nazis that think we can't handle lighting a match? I am responsible for my own safety, thank-you, and I am really upset right now. Anybody else fed up with overzealous safety advocates? I mean, I am a physician, and I am very safety conscious, but this is total overkill.

OMG, I know! In NYS you can't buy fireworks (legally- he he). So we always go sown to pennsylvania to buy 'em. For some reason , I'm going to Canada for the 4th this year, and we obviously can't bring fireworks over the border so i'm kinda dissapointed. hopefully someone will set them off tho nearby. Anyways, i totally know what you mean. And it sucks:(

So you're 12 year old physician. No big deal. It's not like fireworks is one of fundamental human rights.
I guess it might be frustrating, but it doesn't bother me that much. I kind of wish they would ban it in my area. Sick of seeing millions of bottle rocket trash all over my neighborhood. It's mess.

Nope, my county is the same kind of, but i live in a subdivision that is outside of the city limits so we can pop all we want. :)
