Most Kids in pubs in britain are left to run riot . But I would'nt want to harm them by smoking near them .Just let the cars and airoplanes do that. Sad world Is'nt it.

to say i was a smoker, banning smoking was the best thing ever. I ddon't have to come out of a pub smelling of smoke. It was a change to breath fresh air. I on't mind kids in certain pubs of which they are allowed

I'm a smoker and I live in Sconnie Botland where the BAN has been in force for a year now and to be quite honest I was and still am in favour of making cigarettes a class A drug and banning it completely, the pubs up here are so much better now. As for kids in pubs it should be that anyone who takes a child into a pub ought to be charged with child endangerment, I know it's extreme but you think for a minute how much of a hue and cry there would be if a child was abducted from a pub or just got lost while the parents were sitting boozing. A PUB IS NO PLACE FOR CHILDREN.

Banning Children in Pubs

I would love to see children banned from pubs. I was in not too long ago and a lot of people were in there for happy hour getting drunk and these kids were roller skating around the bar. Drunk adults and kids running loose seems like a bad combination to me.

I'm sorry that smoking was banned from pubs. I don't smoke in pubs but I think the thick smokey air is part of the atmosphere. I guess it's good for the employees' health so I don't fight it but it just isn't the same place anymore.
