Lets just say my other computer's downloading a virus right now.

I'm not sure exactly what happened, but it refreshed like a billion times, had a bunch of pop ups, started downloading something and continued even after exiting. It opened numerous different windows. After a while I was able to exit and everything appears to be okay so far.

I'll bet this is what I received yesterday.

I did not follow the link in the e mail. I went to the web site that the e mail claimed it came from and checked their i.d. number logic and found the number not in any way consistant with their number scheme.

My guess is that I had the same e mail you had but I was too skeptical to even consider opening it.

Ya, don't use e-cards in general. They steal your email address and send you spam and give you virus. Just send a nice email or something. I like them better because they're more personal and don't wreck my computers

Thank you for the info, that is scary.

Word of caution, if you don't know who it's from, don't open it.
