Pokemon Diamond. I have traded on GBTS before and traded many different pokemon. For some reason right now it is not allowing me to trade my pokemon. There is no connection error. My pokemon I am trading do meet the standards that the other person wants. Also, I tried trading again and it let me trade my deoxys for an abra. I don't understand why certain pokemon can not be traded.

If they are hacked pokemon you can't trade them if you meet the requirement. If you deposit that same pokemon, you can trade them.
For example, I couldn't trade my hacked deoxys for another deoxys when I look for it on GTS. But it let me deposit the hacked one.

Legendary Pokemon were banned from being exchanged for a Pokemon up for trade on GTS.
That's been lifted now, although there are now more stricter rules for checking hacked Pokemon. Unfortunately this is not fool-proof.
Pokesav users suck, I think soon Nintendo will create a database to check all the attributes of Pokemon including where they were caught, the OT and ID, their moves etc. to make sure only real Pokemon are allowed (or at least those hacked within acceptable real variables). May make the exchange process a little longer to run by a few seconds, but I think it'll be worth it.

This might be because you have tried to clone a pokemon, this has happened from many cases
