Tell them you will wait until they find the key or pay to have all the locks in your house changed and the replacement cost from your car maker. Suggest that they find the key.

They will show up. Most likely it was put in their pockets. They should be calling everyone that worked that day, and asking them to check their pockets for your keys. If not, you should demand a locksmith to come out and change all your locks. Good luck.

If they won't pay the estimate, then you call their corporate office. Demand to get the phone number for their district manager, call another store in the area if they won't give it to you. Get the names of all the people you are dealing with, let them watch you write it down. LOL. You get ahold of district and/or corporate, and they will take care of you. If not, call the police. They 'stole' your keys and your security is at risk. Play hard ball if they won't accomodate you!
Good luck!
