Get a No Cost Phone Number Scan at https://bitly.im/aL1Gs

Its a good way to start. The place lets you to do a no cost phone scan simply to find out if any telephone data is there. This basic alalysis is done without cost. For a full detailed report its a modest payment.

Here's Reverse / Whose Number Lookup page. If you're talking about cell phones, you usually have to pay for that. I've had pretty good luck just using Google a phone number to find out who's calling. If you are researching a quantity of numbers, though, I suppose, you might want a service. I can't imagine why the average person would need to research a quantity of numbers, though, so I assume this is business-related, and it then seems only fair that you pay for a service. But maybe it's not.

I've found both a wallet where I was working and could've easily kept since boss/coworkers were no where near where wallet was. Turned it in and got a nascar thing for it which I actually like a lot though I don't like nascar.

Found a cell phone and from advice of a friend looked up the number for (mom, dad, aunt, grandma etc) since the phone was off when I found it. She said that they would know for sure who's phone it was and that he'd get it back. I reached the dad who worked nearby and dropped it off. He didn't have money for a reward but wanted my address for such. Told him no need, it was my good deed for the day so he bought me and kids each a soda and we left.

If I couldn't find a way to contact the owner myself based on the info in the item I would turn it in to the police.

However - once found a cell phone while walking home from a bar at 2 in the morning, a little inebriated. Bad idea to call "Mom & Dad" to tell them I found their daughter's phone in the street. They panicked.

I think you should turn it in. What if you were the one who lost your purse, wallet, or cell phone would you want someone to keep it? My boyfriend found someone's cell phone once and they gave him twenty smackaroos. Think, Karma, Karma, Karma! If you do something good something good will happen to you! :)

I look to see if there's ID in purse or wallet, and call the person. On a cellphone, I turn it in. I can't keep stuff like that, if it isn't mine.

Turn it in. I've lost many things and they've been returned to me by honest people. I return the favor to the universe when I find a lost item.
