Is anyone living in the Murphy Canyon Heights military housing in San Diego? My family will be moving out to San Diego soon and we are looking at Murphy Canyon Heights, I would like to know if anyone has or is living there? How is the neighborhood and what is in the surrounding area? What are some things to check out in the area, maybe something that would not be on a tourist site.

It is in one of the best family living areas of San Diego.

I dont really know how the whole military housing works, but i do know that rents here in SD for a 4 bedroom would be at the very least $2000/month depending on what area youre renting in.

Ha..I have never been in military housing that was great. I've been in San Diego Housing as well as other states...I had Rats in the walls and they would never do anything about it.
