My friend is having a b-day and I really have no idea what to give her. Tired of giving spa certificates. Birthday girl: turning 35, married, 2 kids, can afford and has many things, no special interests, no hobbies, not into sports. Loves glamour, fashion, lives a celebrity like lifestyle.
I’m looking for something in the $200 max price range. I know it’s hard for a person like that to stay in that price but any ideas or suggestions are appreciated.

maybe buy something that could help her start a hobby. Like a gardening kit or a yoga mat and a yoga tape. sorry, sounds tough! OH or get her some kind of personalized thing that would mean a lot, because it's something she would cherish and not as materialistic.

I am that age with three kids and know what I would enjoy getting. I would like a gift certificate to my favorite department store, then I could pick out what I like or need. When you are that age with kids you tend not to shop for yourself, and most gifts are not quiet what you like or need. Let her treat herself to a shopping trip just for her. Recently, for Mother's day I received one and really enjoyed shopping for me for a change, and got exactly what I wanted. Just find out what her favorite store is and treat her!
