are way too uptight? I'm sure I'll get a "violation notice" for this question, but oh well. Earlier, I asked a question about a certain body part that both Ron Jeremy and Hilary Cinton might have, and I got a violation. Can't they just let us have a bit of fun?

If you give certain people access to unlimited, unseen power then You can expect some of them to take advantage of their position. This censorship and oppression is what is ruining Yahoo! and forcing some users to go elsewhere for the access and entertainment. Just look at the users who You don't hear from anymore.
Fellow users may noninate You for a violation, but in the end it is a human being on the payroll who determines Your fate.

Some may think the administrators are too uptight, but those individuals can't do anything until many other people agree with them and make it known.

Someone reported you for a violation. The COMPUTERS then gave you a violation notice.
In other words, it's not "them". It's "us".
