Pokemon Battle Revolution wfc help....?

For some reason, when I try to use Palkia on Battle Revolution wfc, it says don't meet the conditions of the battle. Ive tried everything to use it and I've seen other people use Palkia. Why can't I use it?

even if it's not hacked and you obtained it the right way, nintendo still blocked it for some reason. same thing happened to me

hacked pokemon can't be used in wifi.

if tis hacked you cant use it
