I got the same phone call from the "VPO" Veterans Police Organization It sounded like a scam from the start.
I've had calls for years from them before the do not call list. And they guy is extremely rude! Same guy over and over again.
Finally stopped with the do not call list.

I did a reverse search on the number and came up with Chicago, IL. Hope this helps.
