I'm reading a book called How To Write A Movie In 21 Days by Viki King. It mentions typewriters and you have to use those three-hole punched typewriter papers if you're going to write a movie. Can I just type on the computer and print it out on a white blank piece of paper and send it? Also, you have any ideas where I can send it to? =)

If you want to seriously be considered a scriptwriter you must use the software that is in use in Hollywood and around the word...that is either "Final Draft" or "Movie Magic" -

There are tight format requirements in order that a director or producer can look quickly to make a budget for a film, check out how many scenes there are, characters, special shots, etc. The above software keeps track of that.

Good luck.

What is the copyright date on this book? I'm guessing it's from sometime in the early '80s or even before.

Everyone uses computers today. There are even entire computer programs devoted to screenwriting.
