Of the ones you list, Philadelphia probably experiences the greatest temperature swing, although Anchorage, Alaska would run a close second. From a cursory look, the most extreme temperature variations will occur near 45° Latitude. This would include Northern US and Southern Canada, Northern Europe, and the former Soviet Union.

"The hottest and coldest temperature extremes recorded in South America have occurred in Argentina. A record high temperature of 49.1°C (120.4 °F), was recorded at Villa de María, Córdoba on January 2, 1920. The lowest temperature recorded was −39.0 °C (−38.2 °F) at Valle de los Patos Superior, San Juan, July 17, 1972."

I've read that in Iraq it is cold in the winter and very hot in the summer , like 100 or 110 degrees. I think the temperature in the Bahamas is warm all year. Anchorage would have a greater temperature swing than Philadelphia. I don't think Calcutta gets cold, but it does have a monsoon season.

Probably any country in the northern hemisphere which is a large landmass, Russia, China, the US or Canada. Heat tends to build up in inner land areas and also allow extreme cold. My guess would be North Dakota.
