if i could teach you i would, try watching do-it-yourself shows on tv or check out the DIY network (do it yourself network) website. Good luck. i say paint some awesome fish or something like that.

The design is up to you. But you must use ceramic or glass paints, most of which have to be baked on. But, don't worry, you can use a hair dryer! Craft stores are always having workshops of all kinds. check out the schedules at Michael's and others like that...

Your going to have to look around to find a paint that's going to stay on porcelain, you can go to Home Depot and get a "tub kit" for bath tubs, it comes in colors and is for this purpose, it's a ceramic paint for this.
Regular paint will never stick, it will start peeling right away after becoming wet all the time.
