One of the best:

BUT do take note that the PCI bus is TOO SLOW for 3D graphics acceleration. The PCI bus will just bottleneck any good GPU. For more than $100 investment, it could be worthwhile to upgrade to a $55 motherboard w/ at least 8xAGP and a $60-90 card. The performance gain would be more significant and the resulting gameplay more enjoyable.

I love this card. I bought one like this about a month ago. I have a low powered CPU and only 128 Mbs of ram. I can play Sims 2 and I am way below on ram, (256 Minimum) and CPU (its only 900MHZ) It is a ATI Radeon 9250 Graphics card. It is a PCI, and it is the best preforming PCI card i have ever scene. If you like computers, you will love the site i am linking to you also! It is a link to the card, so have fun after you buy it, because it will work great! Also probably could be played at medium setting as well. Also..It is only 75 Dollars!

Get a Sapphire Radeon 9250 (256MB DDR). It's a great price, and a great card. We use it in some of our multi-monitor trading computers: http://www.investmental.com/superpc
