Gross and smelly; not to mention disease ridden. I don't know where you live, but nearly all communities have ordinances or laws against this. This is clearly a violation and I wouldn't be surprised if department of natural resources paid a visit. This is your lawn, so you have to take charge and simply tell them to cease dumping immediately or you will have inform the authorities. Make sure you put something in writing and have them sign it as well. Good luck.

I purely transformed a house with a septic tank....all of my acquaintances reported that i could no longer have a rubbish disposal with septic tank.....I even have been right here for 6 months and discover NO issues....I purely used a "commercial" high quality disposal...it grinds plenty finer than maximum .....I additionally be helpful to maintain the strainer in the different area of the sink.

I guess its just as bad as if there was a flood. The polution could be toxic so you might just have to confront these people and ask questions. Don't go to them in a mean way just very nice and say I have a question about this particular situation or ask them to come in so you could talk to them. But thats probably dangerous.

That is exremely unhealthy, not only for your family but for everyone in the area because it will get into the underground water supply. Feces carries many diseases and bacteria. It is also illegal, i believe. And you, as the homeowner will be the ones punished for it, especially if you do not have a lease. Tell them to dispose of their waste properly or get out.

a sewage tank controls where the sewage goes, as i'm sure you already know. if you just dump it out, it can contaminate water sources, your neighbors stuff, etc. not a good idea in a residential area.

well it should be obvious that fecal matter is not good for anyone to be in contact with, especially children. you dont have to confront them at all, just call your local city sanitation or health department. this is most certainly a violation.

Contact the local EPA office, they can probably go to jail for dumping sewage.

Oh come on...there's nothing wrong with that! Where do you think animals go? In a toilet? In a sewer? Of course not! It's perfectly safe... Sorry, those people now have squatters rights...they now own that piece of land too.
