get a shop manual you have 4 cams each 1 on a seperate gear that meshes with the 1 next to it. you have to pull the right side cover to get to them & the cam bearings are in the cover you pull off so its a little hard to get the cover back on most people use a rubber hammer & tighten the bolts just a little at a time, dont tighten the bolts too much or you can break the cover . but its not a difficult job if you follow the manual. they come in different sizes with a color code for each size but thats just for noise reduction if you run drag pipes just put in the first set you pick up you will never hear the diference over the pipes. it takes most of a day to put them in.

It takes a good amount of work and knowledge and you might need adjustable pushrods to do it. It's not something easy you can do yourself. Take it in to a shop.
